Job Title: Pastoral Associate; Director of Liturgy and Adult Faith Formation
Position Description:

• Coordinates quality liturgical and musical experiences for the parish. 
• Plans and develops the full liturgical cycle, including Sunday and Holy Day liturgies, and major parish celebrations.
• Coordinates and oversees the parish’s liturgical and music ministries, oversees planning and preparation of worship-space environment, provides ongoing liturgical formation, coordinates evaluation of parish liturgical needs, and collaborates with Pastor, Parochial Vicar, as well as the parish’s Prayer and Worship Commission. 
• Initiates and manages adult faith activities and opportunities for ongoing faith formation and enrichment.
• Collaborates with the parish’s Adult Faith Formation Commission in implementing the vision and parish goals for adult formation, in light of the expressed needs of the adults of the community.

• Manages the facility schedule for the Hispanic community. 
• Helps Hispanic priest collect documents for the Hispanic community (baptism, marriage, etc.), thereby assisting parish Business Manager in gathering information for reports.

• Oversees stewardship and parish initiatives, being responsive as administrative liaison between the Pastor, ministries and office staff.
